Returns Policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply return the item(s) to us at the address below with their original tags and packaging within 30 days of the receipt. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund the item as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. It may take longer to process your return on Bank Holidays or at Christmas.

Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.

You must complete a returns form and send it with the goods. To Complete A Return, Log Into Your Badr Account, In "Your Account", Click On "My Order History" And Then Select The Order You Wish To Return Items From (Select The Order Reference Number) You Will Then Be Prompted To Select Which Items You Wish To Return And Complete The Form. Please Enter Your Name Into The Bag Upon Returning So We Are Able To Identify. Thanks. Return Address:

IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

We will not refund or exchange the product.

We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.

Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed.

Returned items must be in re-sellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
